Making an order on the website amounts to an offer to purchase the particular items.

An order will only be deemed to have been accepted following successful processing of payment and/or issuance of order confirmation from World Of Amor.

an order can be withdrawn. If an order is withdrawn after receipt of the payment, the appropriate amount will be refunded using the same payment option.

Any applicable taxes or delivery charges will be shown during the check-out process where applicable.

The Amor do Vale company reserves the right to change prices from time to time. However, this change will not affect orders that have already been placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details. Additional fees resulting from wrong or incomplete delivery addresses will be charged to the customer.

Returns, refunds and exchanges will be governed by the World of Amor Return Policy published on the website.

Due to the nature of food products, opened, used or tampered products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where required under applicable law.

Any product received damaged, defective or incorrect should be reported to us within the specified period, along with relevant order details and supporting photographs, where applicable.
